It’s certainly a mad colour and has a really unusual flavour, the likes of which you probably haven’t come across before. Note: Ehuru isn’t the easiest African spice to find but it can easily be replaced with ¼ tsp black cardamom seeds, ½ tsp coriander seeds and ¼ of a nutmeg, ground to a fine powder.
