  6. In a soup pot pour red oil let it heat for 1min and fry meat,let it fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add Tomatoes/pepper and fry for 5mins,then add protein stock let it cook for 20mins.
  8. Pour seasoning and salt to taste and add egusi with crayfish and let shimmer for 20mins.
  9. Add washed and chopped leaf let it cook for 2mins and its ready.
