Steps to make to make Yam Porridge

  1. The first thing you want to do is prep. So go ahead and rinse your fish, grate your pepper with half of the onion, rinse your ugwu, sort out all your ingredients.

  11. Let it cook for a minute then you will want to taste it at this point to see if it needs more salt or maggi. If it's to your liking then you can add your ugwu and give it a stir.
  12. Put off the fire under the pot and let it simmer for a minute. And that's it! Your delicious yam porridge.
  13. Serve with chilled juice or cold water😁
