  3. Than take pan for frying i made shallow fry you can deep frying also.when oil is hot (medium to high flame)than put fish on pan,cook till golden brown in colour,
  4. After that turn it over and same process repeat on other side
  5. Serve hot with chutney,it's very healthy and nutritional fish.
